Vying for quote of the year, the driver of a suspicious vehicle told officers on foot patrol near an apartment complex on Chase Drive, “This is not some pay for sex thing,” even though he was from Indiana, a woman had just entered his vehicle and it was just after midnight.

He said he was actually interviewing for a job.
