Woman, 63, arrested in drug raid on residence in Trotwood

A 63-year-old Trotwood woman is in jail following a drug raid on a home in the 5400 block of Shedwick Court that turned up an estimated 35 pounds of marijuana.

Carol Henderson was taken into custody and then to the county jail, where she is being detained on drug charges, according to a statement the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office released this afternoon.

The raid by members of the Montgomery County R.A.N.G.E. Task Force was the culmination of a month-long investigation into drug activity at the residence, according to the statement.

The search warrant yielded an estimated 35 pounds of marijuana and “several thousand dollars in cash.”
