On the walk to the patrol car, the suspect said she would urinate in the officer’s cruiser. Once inside the car, Hamblin did urinate.
She is charged with shoplifting, disorderly conduct and having an open container of alcohol, according to a Xenia police report.
The loss prevention officer told Xenia police officers Hamblin is believed to be a suspect in a shoplifting two days prior at a Walmart in Beavercreek.
Hamblin was placed in the Greene County Jail.
