Poole, who remains in the Montgomery County Jail on $25,000 bond, is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.

Bargo was outside her cruiser when Sheriff Rob Streck said Poole tried to flee and struck Bargo, sending her onto the hood of the patrol car.

Poole later allegedly rammed deputy Douglas Phillips’ cruiser, injuring him while he was inside.

Poole eventually crashed in the area of Ohio 725 and Interstate 675 in Miami Twp. and ran from the car before she was apprehended.

Bargo and Phillips were treated and released from area hospitals.
