The stolen Dodge Charger in the pursuit that began Oct. 16 in Dayton traveled west in the eastbound lanes on U.S. 35 near Interstate 675. Dayton police said speeds reached 80 to 100 mph before the car went down an embankment and went airborne, landing on Grange Hall Road below in Beavercreek.
Kosher, of Dayton, has been held in the Montgomery County Jail since his Oct. 17 arrest.
