She moved a bag and discovered a video camera that was pointed directly at the toilet.
Two employees then found an icon on Altman’s computer that linked to the video camera, leading them to call police.
A search warrant was executed Tuesday night, and computers and other potential evidence was seized, according to reports.
Three females worked at the office, and only employees had access to the restroom. Patients would not have access.
No one has been charged and the investigation is ongoing.
