Escape Inmate Wanted In Logan County

Deputies in Logan County are looking for an escaped inmate.

Larry Thompson Jr. was arrested on Saturday at his home on West Williams Avenue in Bellefontaine on several theft-related charges, deputies said.

Thompson complained of chest pains after he arrived at the Logan County Jail and was then taken to a local hospital, deputies said.

According to deputies, that is when Thompson escaped from a deputy while he was still handcuffed in the parking following his hospital release.
