Wade was fined $1,500 and ordered to serve 60 hours of community service and pay for part of the overtime paid to deputies during the investigation, which amouts to $1,477.
At his arraignment in April, Wade entered a plea of no contest to a charge of attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He was also labeled a sexually-oriented offender.
