Free food, music part of National Night Out at in Miami Twp.

Free food and a variety entertainment will be on hand tonight at Austin Landing as it hosts the largest party of the Miami Twp. Police Department’s nationally-acclaimed National Night Out program.

Among the activities at the event – which will run from 6 to 10 p.m. in the development’s park – include:

-A performance from Forte A Capella group

-Live music from The Fries Band;

-Kids corner: Fun kid games and activities provided by the Miami Twp. Public Library;

-Free hot dogs provided by Skyline Chili;

-Free bounce house and glitter tattoos provided by A&S Playzone

-The U.S, Army's distracted driving van;

-The Miami Valley Fire District's ladder truck.

Miami Twp.’s National Night Out program is ranked fifth in the country by the National Association of Town Watch for communities with populations ranging from 15,000 to 50,000.
