Meanwhile, Park Avenue at North D Street began lane restrictions Monday that will continue through March 27.
The lane restrictions will allow flushing and testing of the new water main as part of the North D Street Water Main Replacement Project, according to the city.
That project consists of approximately 550 linear feet of existing cast iron water main that will be replaced with new ductile iron water main. Approximately nine residential water service lines will also be replaced during the project, which is scheduled for completion in April.
