The Home Builders Association of Dayton (HBA) announces a new event called the New Home Questival to be held June 19-21 and 27-28, 2009. The event is a celebration of new homes in Dayton featuring two beautiful communities with gorgeous homes, all in a festive showcase. The New Home Questival will take place simultaneously at the two conveniently located communities just 4.2 miles apart. HomeFest will showcase single family homes and CondoFest will highlight condominiums and patio homes.
The HomeFest location is the Trails of SaddleCreek located in Washington Township in Montgomery County on Clyo Road just south of Spring Valley Road. HomeFest will feature a master planned community with an equestrian theme featuring single family homes from several past Homearama Builders. The builders include M.J. Coates Homes, Dungan-Dunnington Custom Homes, R.A. Rhoads, Inc., Tera Builders, Zicka Walker Homes. Past Cincinnati Homearama developer Great Traditions Land & Development is the developer of Trails of SaddleCreek.
The CondoFest location is Soraya Farms located in Clearcreek Township in Warren County on State Route 48 between Social Row Road and Lytle Five Points Road. CondoFest will feature a main street feel community with French country-style condominiums and patio homes. Soraya Farms is being developed and built by another past Dayton Homearama developer and builder – Design Homes & Development.
The New Home Questival is a festival wrapped around magnificent homes. The schedule of events includes a “Progressive” Kick Off Party on Friday, June 19 with food, live bands and entertainment, gourmet food tastings and the first “Chef Quest Challenge” featuring Miami Valley Restaurant Association members, several car shows with “Peoples’ Choice” awards, live animal appearances, children’s programs and pony rides for the younger crowd, the “All American PetFest” and other live entertainment.
The New Home Questival is presented by the Home Builders Association of Dayton in partnership with the Dayton Daily News, WHIO-TV and the Miami Valley Restaurant Association.
