How has America changed for you since passage of Civil Rights Act of 1964?

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that prohibited discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin and ended the “separate but equal” application of “Jim Crow” laws. As the nation celebrates the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.’s federal holiday Monday, we are looking for people who have been impacted by this act, what it has meant to them and their families and how it changed America.
