Hanson, who is being held in Shelby County Jail on federal drug charges for a carfentanil bust, has been indicted for engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity; grand theft (firearm); breaking and entering; attempted burglary; two counts attempt to commit grand theft (firearm); attempt to commit breaking and entering; and receiving stolen property (firearm).
Warden is indicted for grand theft (firearm); breaking and entering; and receiving stolen property. He's not in custody and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Both men have arraignment hearings set for Sept. 5.
