UD to announce single largest gift in university history on Friday

The University of Dayton will announce the school’s largest single donation in its history at noon on Friday, officials said today.

The university declined to release details about how much the gift is or who the donors are but said the donation will be used for academics and sustainability. School officials declined to elaborate on additional details about the gift but said in an announcement that this is a, “transformative gift in the area of sustainability education.”
