The high cost of college administration has been a concern raised in recent years as one thing driving skyrocketing tuition costs around the country. Critics call it "administrative bloat," and an I-Team investigation last year found it appears to be growing at many Ohio colleges faster than at Sinclair.
Overall, Sinclair paid 660 people more than $50,000 last year and 96 more than $100,000. This is a slight increase from the 655 paid more than $50,000 and 91 paid more than $100,000 in 2014.
Sinclair’s five highest-paid employees in 2015:
1. President Steven Johnson: $396,084
2. Senior Vice President and CFO Jeff Boudouris: $166,182
3. Provost Dave Collins: $166,182
4. Vice President for Workforce Development & Corporate Service Deb Norris: $156,016
5. Vice President for Advancement Madeline Iseli: $155,416
