According to the release, the agreement would resolve one remaining zoning appeal filed with the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court dealing with proposed condominium developments at Pointe Oakwood.
The developer could proceed with one of two proposed condominium projects, if the settlement is approved and the court consents.
