The city of Oakwood released a statement today, stating a special council meeting will be held Monday, March 20, to address legislation regarding a settlement agreement on the further development of Pointe Oakwood, a mixed-used development in the city..

According to the release, the agreement would resolve one remaining zoning appeal filed with the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court dealing with proposed condominium developments at Pointe Oakwood.
