Ohio Electoral Votes Cast; Bush Officially Wins Ohio

President George W. Bush has officially won Ohio, while election challenges go to the courts. On Monday, Ohio's delegates to the Electoral College cast all 20 votes in favor of Bush.

While the vote was taking place inside the state's capital, protestor gathered outside, challenging Ohio's presidential election and asked the Ohio Supreme Court to review the election outcome.

Bush won Ohio by 119,000 votes.

In another challenge, recounts in each of Ohio's 88 counties begin this week. The recounts are expected to take about a week to complete.
