"All drug sales are serious, but these were for heroin, bath salts, cocaine and prescription medications, the more serious and addictive drugs. We keep working the drug problem in this county and we keep making arrests. Eventually the drug dealers will realize we are serious about getting rid of this problem," said Auglaze County Sheriff Allen Solomon.
Two vehicles were impounded and a substantial amount of powder cocaine and drug paraphernalia was recovered, according to the release.
The Auglaize and Mercer Sheriff's Office, Wapakoneta Police, St. Marys Police, Waynesfield Police, Celina Police, West Central Ohio Crime Task Force in Lima and Wells County Indiana Sheriff's Office assisted with the arrests.
Other cases remain under investigation and more arrests are predicted, deputies said.
Those arrested include:
· Junior Walden, 41, St. Marys -four counts trafficking in drugs
· Anthony Morningstar, 26, Lima - one count trafficking in drugs
· Larry Morningstar, 49, Wapakoneta - four counts trafficking in drugs
· Wilma Armer, 53, Wapakoneta - four counts trafficking in drugs, one count trafficking in heroin and one count trafficking in cocaine
· Robert Knauth, 36, Wapakoneta - three counts trafficking in drugs
· Eric Garey, 27, St. Marys - three counts trafficking in drugs
· James Meyers, 39, Wapakoneta - three counts trafficking in heroin, one count trafficking in drugs
· Rebeccas Kohler, 43, Celina - two counts trafficking in heroin, one count trafficking in drugs
· Courtney Vasser, 43, Lima - four counts trafficking in cocaine
· Zachariah Huddleston, 18, Wapakoneta - two counts trafficking in cocaine, one count trafficking in dangerous drugs
· Terri King, 39, Wapakoneta - three counts trafficking in drugs
· Dawn Schultz, 43, Wapakoneta - four counts trafficking in heroin
· Jeffrey Miller, 40, Wapakoneta - one count trafficking in heroin
· Clyde Mertz, 51, Indiana - two counts trafficking in heroin
· Joseph Koenig, 46, Wapakoneta - two counts trafficking in cocaine
·Kathy Focht, 49, Lima - three counts trafficking in drugs
· Joe Hunter, 50, Wapakoneta - two counts trafficking in drugs
