Elé Bistro & Wine Bar at Austin Landing will be the site of a quarterly breakfast Wednesday of Miami Twp. elected officials and business leaders.

The restaurant opened in late 2015 at 3680 Rigby Road. It’s located just north of The Park at Austin Landing, between two sites where developers recently received approval to construct two new buildings, both of which are expected to include restaurants.

VisCap Development this week announced plans for one of those restaurants, CoreLife Eatery, as well as national fitness chains CycleBar Premium Indoor Cycling and Orangetheory Fitness.
