Autism scientist to address diversity, inclusion event at Wright-Patt

The next Air Force Research Laboratory Diversity and Inclusion Speaker’s Series event is scheduled for June 28 from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at the Air Force Institute of Technology’s Bane Hall Auditorium, Bldg. 640 in Area B.

Dr. Temple Grandin, renowned autism spokesperson, scientist and inventor, will be the guest speaker. She is currently a professor of Animal Science at Colorado State University.

Grandin’s topic will be “The Way I See It: A Personal Look at Autism,” in which she will discuss the real issues of autism, do’s and don’ts, practical strategies and “Try it Now” tips based on research.
