BBB gives "F" to 17 auto shops

Better Business Bureau leaders say the auto repair and service industry has been a problem this year. Bureau President and CEO John North says there are a lot of trustworthy auto repair and service companies in the community. But he adds that there are some he would never consider. He says those firms tarnish the reputation of the whole industry. The bureau has named 17 local auto repair and service companies as earning "F" ratings.  The bureau gives an "F" rating to firms that have unresolved complaints, or failure to deal with customer complaints.
