A car caught fire on the second story of a parking garage on Fifth Street Tuesday morning.
The fire was reported around 7:30 a.m. at the garage at 22. E. Fifth Street near the Dayton Convention Center. Crews shut down E. Fifth while they worked to put out the fire.
