A two-car head-on collision accident was reported Sunday afternoon on Upper Bellbrook and Turkeyfoot Road.

The accident was reported at 2:38 p.m. and crews are still on scene, according to Greene County dispatch.

According to initial emergency reports, one person is trapped and unconscious.
