Cause of death for woman not suspicious, police say

HAMILTON — Hamilton police said the death of an elderly woman found outside her home is not suspicious.

Around noon Tuesday, detectives and police were outside a home in the 1300 block of Carver Place, near Knightsbridge Drive. Neighbors said a UPS man found the elderly woman unresponsive outside of her home.

The Butler County Coroner’s Office will conduct the autopsy Thursday on the 82-year-old woman

“I used to see her everyday driving to see her husband in a nursing home,” said neighbor Richard Smith. “When I’m outside she’s always waving at me.”
