A Cincinnati hotel management company has bought two local hotels.
Winegardner & Hammons Inc. Hotels and Resorts has purchased the Fairborn Holiday Inn at 2800 Presidential Drive and Homewood Suites by Hilton at 2750 Presidential Drive in Fairborn, investing about $8.6 million in the market, according to Greene County property records.
The company specializes in developing and managing upscale hotels.
It operates several hotels in the U.S., including several Marriott and Residence Inn locations. It has eight properties in Ohio, mostly in the Cincinnati, Columbus and Cleveland, according to its website.
