Cousin Vinny's driver robbed making delivery

A Cousin Vinny’s Pizza delivery driver was reportedly robbed while he attempted to deliver pizzas on Palisades Drive Thursday morning.

Reports indicate a  two people approached the driver around 3:15 a.m. and threatened to shoot the driver if he didn’t give the suspects the pizzas and money.  The driver was reportedly hit during the robbery.  The suspects did not get any money, but they did make off with the pizzas.

Deputies responded to the 1800 block of Palisades Drive, according to reports.

No official word on any descriptions of the suspects and it’s unknown if the pizza delivery driver suffered any injuries during the robbery.

The driver was reportedly a worker at the Miller Lane Cousin Vinny's store.

The case is under investigation by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.
