UPDATE @ 4:15 a.m.:
I-75 South and U.S. 35 East are re-opened after a crash shut the area down for several hours.
There is currently no word on a number of injuries or how serious they could be.
INITIAL REPORT:
A serious-injury crash has led to the shutdown of Interstate 75 South at U.S. 35 East.
The two-vehicle crash was reported around 11:40 p.m. in the far right lane. The Dayton Fire Department requested that all southbound lanes be closed.

According to initial reports, there are at least two people hurt, with one person outside a vehicle and another trapped in one of the vehicles.
