No injuries were reported. Crews were ordered to exit the house after the collapse.
Officials say massive flames and black smoke were coming from the house, which was boarded up and vacant, when they arrived in the 100 block of Milton Street just before 3 a.m.
Officials are considering the house a total loss.
The fire did not spread to other nearby structures.
An arson investigator was called to the scene and will be determining the cause of the fire.
