Sgt. Christopher Mohn, 43, was indicted last month on a third-degree felony involving an incident alleged to have occurred between Oct. 31, 1997, and July 11, 1998.

The case, brought by Huber Heights police, involved what county prosecutors called a “late disclosure.”

Mohn, who also served as a corrections officer at the Dayton Human Rehabilitation Center, was promoted to sergeant in 2012, according to a City of Dayton video.

He has been on paid administrative leave.

The arraignment will be this morning in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
