Making a medical decision today is increasingly complex. Having a good relationship with a primary care physician is important.

That fact reflects is the reason Bellbrook resident Dr. Jerry Clark has resigned after 14 years as medical director of Trinity Communities of Beavercreek. Clark managed the medical affairs of the facility and provided medical care for more than 100 of its residents.

“We will indeed miss Dr. Clark and his care and concern for our residents, but we have engaged Doctors Menakshi Patel and Anton Vasiliu from the Valley Medical Primary Care and they are ‘on duty’ regularly,” said Lara Farrell, administrator for Trinity Board certified in internal medicine, Clark, with 22 years of experience as a physician, will practice full-time at the medical office he opened in 1988, Fairfield Road Physician Offices. He has clinical expertise for a broad age group from adolescents through seniors; with providing primary care to those with and at risk of HIV as well as older patients requiring geriatric care.

“I had to make a choice and I thought it was time for me to return to my private practice and join my colleagues at the Fairfield Road Physicians Offices where I had started it all,” said Clark. “It’s reaching out to patients with long time care, using well rounded medical expertise and taking it to a another level.”

Clark and his colleagues serve the community with both family medicine and internal medicine. Dr. H. Todd Kepler promotes prevention and wellness. Dr. Tracie Bolden’s interest is in women’s health, sports medicine and pediatric care. Dr. Anjana Shah sees patients with both chronic and acute diseases with emphasis on diabetes.

The Fairfield Road Physicians is a member of Premier HealthNet, Dayton’s largest physician network with more than 150 primary care and specialty physicians. Premier HealthNet is a part of Premier Health Partners, a health system that includes Miami Valley Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, the Atrium Medical Center and the Upper Valley Medical Center.
