The driver, a male Moraine police said is in his 20s or 30s, had been sought on a warrant. When police removed him from the wreckage, they also found out he has no driver's license. He also had in his possession a book on how to grow marijuana and a set of brass knuckles, police said.

He'll be taken to jail after a trip to a hospital so he can be checked out.

Police and a medic unit were dispatched just after 5 p.m. on a report of a vehicle accident, with a vehicle on its top, at Vance and Main.

The person in the car the SUV struck was not injured, police said.
