The Ohio State Highway Patrol conducted an OVI checkpoint on Dixie Highway, just south of Commercial Drive from 9:15 p.m. until 11 p.m. Nearby saturation patrols were also held in the area.
Three of the over 500 vehicles checked by officers were diverted for further investigation but later released, according to a release.
Deputies from the Butler County Sheriff’s Office and members of the Butler County OVI Task Force assisted with the sobriety checkpoint.
