Fentanyl, cash, gun seized during task force raid in Dayton

A man was arrested after a raid involving the Montgomery County R.A.N.G.E. Task Force at a Dayton home Monday morning.

Detectives executed the search warrant at the home in the 2900 block of Louella Avenue in Dayton Monday morning, following a month-long investigation into drug trafficking, task force officials said in a media release.

During the search, detectives located a large quantity of fentanyl, a gun, and cash from the home, officials said.

Dorian Shank, 29, was arrested at the home and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on charges of possession of drugs, tampering with evidence and having weapons while under disability, according to jail records.
