New general manager Bill Kilimnik says the more than 200-year-old Golden Lamb in southwest Ohio will continue to serve its traditional favorites while offering new choices and putting an accent on locally grown produce and meats.
The Dayton Daily News reports Kilimnik was named Monday to lead the Golden Lamb in Lebanon. The restaurant has served as a presidential campaign backdrop and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It opened in 1803 along a stagecoach route that's now the main street in the city 25 miles northeast of Cincinnati.
