Missing Warren County woman found safe

UPDATE @ 6:30 p.m. (May 30):

A 71-year-old woman who was reported missing late Tuesday was found safe this afternoon.

Carolyn “Sue” Moore left her home in Hamilton Twp. for a bike ride on the Little Miami Scenic Trail, but family and friends became worried when she never returned home, our news partner, WCPO-TV in Cincinnati reported.

Texas EquuSearch joined volunteers in the search, and police called the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation as a procedural measure, WCPO reported.

Carolyn S. Moore has been found safe, officials said.

INITIAL REPORT (May 29): 

Police are seeking the public’s help to find a critically missing 71-year-old woman last seen riding a bicycle.

Carolyn S. Moore left her Hamilton Twp. residence Tuesday afternoon to ride her green Trek bike on the Little Miami Bike Trail but did not return, according to a release.

She stands 5 feet 4 inches and weighs 150 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Moore’s whereabouts is urged to call 911 or Hamilton Twp. police at 513-925-2525.
