Missing 84-year-old Springfield man returns home

An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been canceled after a missing 84-year-old Springfield man returned home on his own, Springfield police said.

Larry Fitzwater, 84, left his home around 2:30 p.m. and did not return until later that evening.

He stands 5 feet, 8 inches, weighs 180 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes.

He drove a black 2015 Dodge 150 pickup truck with Ohio plate AH96TY.
