UPDATE: Missing Clark County woman has been located, sheriff’s official says

UPDATE @ 11:15 p.m.: Andrea Bell has has been located safely, according to a statement from the Clark County Sheriff's Office.

INITIAL REPORT

Deputies are asking for the public’s help to locate a 46-year-old Clark County woman who was last seen Saturday.

Andrea Bell, 46, of Madison Twp., was last seen leaving her home near South Charleston about 3 a.m. July 28, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

Bell is described as 5 foot 3 and about 150 pounds. She is a blonde and has blue eyes, deputies said.

Bell left her home in her tan 2007 Kia Rio sedan bearing Ohio license tag FFP 3615.

Family members tell investigators Bell has possible medical problems that may require attention. It is out of the ordinary for her to not be in contact with them, they said.

Bell’s phone has been turned off but was last mapped in the Jeffersonville area in Fayette County.

Anyone who knows of Bell’s whereabouts is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 937-328-2560 or call 911.
