Water was at least ankle deep in the parking lot at Rural King, just west of Xenia. An employee told WHIO-TV’s James Buechele a vehicle had to be moved because of the water.
According to the National Weather Service chat room, the Greene County 911 call center just before 10 p.m. did field reports of “some high water on a few streets.”
