- 11:14 p.m.: In Lebanon, Warren County, a trained spotter reports moderate street flooding (1.6 inches of rain in 41 minutes)
- 10:47 p.m.: In Butler County at Seven Mile, a county emergency management official reports a flash flood with water flowing across Route 46, making it nearly impassable
