Water main break floods East Fourth Street in Dayton

East Fourth Street is flooded and parts of South Keowee Street are blocked in Dayton following a large water main break Monday morning.

The break occurred on South Clinton Street and has flooded East Fourth Street, east of South Keowee Street. Water from the break is also draining onto South Keowee Street and is blocking the right and center lanes approaching East Fourth Street.
