Investigators said that on July 19, a woman noticed her credit card had been used at a store on East Dayton Yellow Springs Road in Fairborn -- while she had the credit card in her possession.

Detectives said they have identified a possible suspect, captured via surveillance cameras, who has been found using her information cloned from her card to buy a Visa wedding gift card, but he is currently unidentified.

Detectives said they don’t know how the suspect obtained the victim’s credit card number, “but we do know that it was cloned,” they said in a social media post Wednesday.

Investigators have released photos of the suspect, taken from surveillance cameras. He is black/African American and was wearing a yellow T-shirt, cargo pants and a red baseball cap when cameras recorded him.

If you know who this person is and can identify him, you are asked to contact the police division at 937-233-2080.
