Hundreds gather for annual Corvette-Only Cruise-In fundraiser in Fairborn

Hundreds of people came out to see over 150 Corvettes at the Corvette-Only Cruise-In in Fairborn Sunday.

People gathered the event by Giovanni’s Italian Ristorante at 215 W. main St. from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. for the fundraiser.

The annual Corvette-Only Cruise-In is a family-friendly, said Smith. All Money raised by Corvette entry fees will go to various charities.

The Corvette-Only Cruise-In donates funds raised to multiple food banks throughout the Dayton area, Hope for the Warriors, the Dayton VA, various hospice organizations, and Cancer Society, Smith said.

Along with viewing over 150 Corvettes, spectators were able to enjoy food from Giovanni’s Italian Ristorante, win door prizes, and enter a drawing.

This is the fifth year the event has taken place and was sponsored by the Greater Dayton Corvette Club and Giovanni’s Italian Ristorante.

The event was free for Corvette viewers.
