Police said Setser, Cheyne, and Brumbaugh were all involved in a long stand-off with police in 2011 in which police activated the tactical team to gain entry and arrested all subjects.
Authorities with Union City police on the Ohio and Indiana sides and the Darke County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at 413 E. North St. Wednesday morning.
Police told WHIO-TV Northern Bureau Chief Steve Baker that officers found evidence of a meth lab inside the home. Police said they received several tips over the past few weeks in regard to a possible meth lab at this residence.
All four suspects were arrested and were all charged with illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for manufacture of drugs. They were booked into the Darke County Jail.
Signs on the front door discouraged visitors. In addition to a "Beware of Dog" sign, another sign on the front door stated: "No trespassing. Violators will be shot. Survivors will be shot again."
Patrolman Mark Ater of the Union City, Ohio Police Department stated, "The cooperation between all agencies made this task run very smoothly and most importantly made our community a safer place. Anytime drugs are taken off the streets and out of the community is a good day."
The case remains under investigation.
