After a lengthy rebuild and construction and insurance delays, the Dragon City restaurant at 1048 S. Smithville Road is serving customers again. It opened Tuesday in the Pinewood Plaza shopping center just north of U.S. 35, just around the corner from the state license bureau that is in the same strip retail center.
Jianming Cheng, Dragon City’s owner, said he is pleased and relieved to finally be back in business.
