Local car clubs host benefit for family of slain Kettering teen

KETTERING – The Streetlight Society and the Ohio Car Enthusiasts (OCE) will present the Justice for Ronnie Car Meet.

On Sunday, Sept. 25, the car meet begins at 1 p.m. at Kettering Fairmont High School, 3301 Shroyer Rd. The meet costs $5 per car to attend. All proceeds will go to the family of Ronnie Bowers, a teenager shot and killed in Kettering.

Anyone in attendance is encouraged to bring their own food and drink.

Cars and bikes are welcome to attend.
