Madeline Marx has been released from the Montgomery County Jail.
Marx was released at 8:45 p.m. Thursday, according to records.

Kettering Municipal court documents show Fairmont High School substitute teacher Madeline Marx is accused of having sex with two different 11th grade students.
The documents also state she admitted to Kettering police detectives to sending “several nude pictures” through Snap Chat and Instagram to one of the students.
Marx is accused of having sex with one of the students in July in the parking lot of Big Lots on Wilmington Pike in Kettering, the documents read. She also was accused of having sex with the other student in the parking lot of Van Buren Apartments on Smithville Road in September.
Late Thursday, a Kettering Judge ordered Marx could be released on her own recognizance on the condition she live with her father at his home while the case is pending.
Currently, Marx is being held in the Montgomery County Jail.

Felony charges have been filed against 23-year-old Madeline Marx, a substitute teacher for Kettering and Oakwood schools, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
Marx, who was arrested Wednesday by Kettering police, is accused of having a sexual relationship with at least two Fairmont High School students, police said.
She is charged with two counts of sexual battery and is being held in the Montgomery County Jail. Prosecutors said her case will be presented to a county grand jury.
Marx, of Brookville, was removed from the classroom around 8 a.m. once school officials said they became aware of possible sexual relationships between the sub and students. She was arrested by 11:45 a.m. a Kettering police lieutenant said.

EARLIER REPORT (Nov. 8):
A substitute teacher at Kettering Fairmont High School was removed from the classroom and arrested for what school officials are calling possible inappropriate activities with a student.

“We became aware (the teacher was) possibly involved with inappropriate activities with a juvenile,” said Kettering Superintendent Scott Inskeep. “When we become aware of them then we will remove those people and not have them around our students.”
Inskeep identified the substitute teacher as Madeline Marx, 23, of Brookville. She was booked into jail on two counts of sexual battery, according to police.
Police were notified of the allegations against Marx around 8 a.m. Wednesday and by 11:45 a.m. she was arrested after a detective found probable cause for her arrest, said Kettering police Lt. Mike Gabrielson.
Marx remains jailed, pending the filing of formal charges, on two counts of sexual battery. She was booked into the Montgomery County Jail about 1:45 p.m.
According to state records, Marx was issued a 4-year teaching license in 2016 to instruct grades K-12.
Inskeep said Marx, a 2012 graduate of Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School, served as a substitute for the district last year and this year.
Gabrielson could not release any specific details about the accusations or whether the accused activities happened inside or outside the school, but added that official charges will be presented to the county prosecutor’s office within 48 hours.
Marx had no previous incidents with Kettering police, Gabrielson said.
