A second lawsuit has been filed related to the outbreak of listeria linked to Dole’s Springfield processing plant. Attorneys claim their client died as a result of consuming a ready-to-eat salad purchased in Belmont County in January.

Kettering police have been getting calls and information about a man who is accused of groping women. The suspect is described as a white male, with lighter hair, in his early 20s.
