Moore’s attorney requested mental competency and sanity evaluations as well.
A mental competency evaluation was ordered Tuesday, with a report scheduled for early December, according to court documents.
A grand jury indicted Moore on rape, felonious assault and kidnapping.
The charges stem from a Sept. 4 incident where Moore allegedly sexually assaulted a woman.
