Man attempts to lure child into vehicle in Oakwood

UPDATE @ 2:03 p.m.:

Oakwood City School District sent parents an email Thursday about an incident where a man tried to lure a third grade student into his car.

An Edwin D. Smith Elementary student was walking to school Thursday with her guardian a short distance behind her when a man in car approached her, according to the email.
