Man drives through residental privacy fence following pursuit on I-75

The pursuit suspect that was arrested in Troy Wednesday has been identified as Larry D. Hudson, 38, of Dayton.

FIRST REPORT: 

A police pursuit that began on I-75 North in Tipp City around 12:15 p.m. Wednesday ended in a Troy residential neighborhood.

According to Tipp City Police the initial reason for stopping the suspect was his expired tags and once the pursuit grew to speeds of 90 mph police aborted the chase due to safety concerns.

Eventually the suspect drove through a privacy fence of a residence on Peters Avenue in Troy. Once his car sustained damage he fled on foot and was eventually arrested by Troy police.
